John Heywood has more than twenty years of experience in business and IT. This solid experience - working as developer, technical consultant, people manager, IT project manager, and programme manager - has been attained in public service broadcasting, commercial and charity sectors, local government, and mining. John has built his own company concentrating on a service which brings together the skills of continuing personal development and performance improvement through coaching, mentoring, action learning and facilitation with the process and technical skills and experience of project management.
Other interests include sports and outdoor pursuits, with emphasis on maintaining a healthy balance between work and physical well-being. John brings the motivation, inspiration, determination and commitment required to achieving sporting objectives into all aspects of his work.
